Issuance of a certificate for the possession of the needed requirements.
The plants where the processing of the raw materials takes place to give them the final configuration (notches, drillings, application on metal plates, etc.) – both in hardwood and laminar wood – are to be considered in their own right as Centers of Working.
As such, they must document their activity at the Central Technical Service whom, positively terminating the investigation, issues a notification of activity Certificate.
In case in the same plant both base wood and the works to obtain the structural elements ready to be used, both the Certificates will be issued to the plant, in case the requisites are satisfied.
