Other collected Personal Data may be indicated in other sections of this privacy policy or via informative texts visualized at the same time of the gathering of this Data.
The Personal Data can be voluntarily inserted by the User, or collected automatically during the use of this Application.
The possible use of Cookies – or of other tracking systems – by this Application or by third services controllers used by this Application, where otherwise not specified, has the aim of identifying the User and registering his/her preferences for purposes strictly related to the service delivery requested by the User. A missing provision of some of the Personal Data by the User could impede this Application to deliver its own services.
The User assumes the responsibility for third's Personal Data published or shared via this Application and guarantees to have the right to publish and disseminate them, delivering the Controller from any responsibility toward third-parties.

Modality of processing
The Controller processes the User's Personal Data using the appropriate safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, dissemination, modification and destruction of the Personal Data.
The processing is carried out via computer and/or telematic devices, with an organization modality and a logic strictly correlated by the indicated purposes. Apart from the Controller, in some cases, the access to the Data could be permitted to categories involved in the website organization (administration, commercial, marketing and legal staff, system administrators) that is, external subjects (like suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, computing companies, communications agencies) also nominated, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller.

The Data is processed for the length of time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User, or requested by the purpose described in this document, and the User can, at all times, request the interruption of the Processing or the erasing of the Data.

The User, filling it the contact application form with his/her Data, agrees to their usage in order to reply to requests for information, for estimate, or for anything else mentioned in the heading of the form.
Personal Data collected: Name, Surname, Email, Telephone number.
Statistics
The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze the traffic Data and their used to keep track of the User’s behavior.
Google Analytics (Google)
Google Analytics is a web analysis system provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google used the collected Personal Data with the aim of tracking and examining the use of this Application, fill in reports and share them with the other Google-provided services.
Google could use the Personal Data to contextualize and customize the advertisement of its own advertising network.

Content visualization from external platforms
These services make it possible to visualize contents hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and to interact with them.

Google Maps is a map view service managed by Google Inc. that allows this Application to integrate such contents to its own pages.

We once again remind the User that going back to the home page and starting the surfing, he/she is anyway indicating his/her will to enable cookies. In fact, without a precise choice by the User, the settings of the website are designed to enable cookies by default. Finally, we remind that disabling third party cookies could prevent you from using all the website’s functions. Unfortunately, we are not able to identify singularly the consequences for the disabling of every single cookie, since we are not able to hypothesize the consequences deriving from all the possible combinations of enabled or disabled cookies.

The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller for defense in court or in preparatory stages leading to a possible legal action, against improper use of the same one or related to services by the User.
The User declares of being aware that the Data Controller may be demanded to reveal the Data following a public authority’s request.

Upon User’s request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with further and contextual information regarding specific services, or the collection and the processing of Personal Data.
System logs and maintenance
For necessities linked to the functioning and maintenance, this Application and the possible third services used by it may collect System Logs, that are files registering the interactions and that can contain also Personal Data, like the User’s IP address.

Further information concerning the processing of the Personal Data can be requested at any time to the Data Controller using the contact information.
User’s exercise of rights
The subjects to which the Personal Data refer have at all times the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of these Data at the Data Controller’s; to know its content and origin; to verify its correctness or demand its integration, cancellation, updating, adjustment, transformation into private form or the blockage of the Personal Data processed violating the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. The requests must be directed to the Data Controller.

Changes to this privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves his right to produce changes to the present privacy policy at any time making it known to the Users of this page. Thus, please frequently look up this page, referring to the latest date of modification indicate at the bottom of the page. In case of missing acceptance of the changes produced to the present privacy policy, the User is bound to stop using this Application and may request the Data Controller to remove his/her Personal Data. Unless otherwise indicated, the previous privacy policy will continue being applied on the Personal Data since then collected.

The Usage Data is the information collected automatically by this Application (or by third-party application used by this Application), among which: IP addresses, Internet domain names used by the User who connects to this Application, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in response, the numerical number indicating the state of the reply from the server (positive ending, error, etc.), the Country of origin, the browser and the characteristics of operating system used by the visitor, the different temporal connotations of the visit (for example, the permanence time on any page) and the details concerning the itinerary followed inside the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of the consulted pages, to the parameters regarding the operating system and the User’s computer environment
User
The individual that uses this Application, that must coincide with the person concerned or be authorized by the latter and whose Personal Data are object of the treatment.

The natural and legal person to whom the Personal Data are referred.

The natural, legal person, the public administration and any other entity, association and organisms appointed by the Data Controller, according to what this privacy policy arranged.

The natural, legal person, the public administration and any other entity, association or organisms who are responsible, even together with another controller, for the decisions concerning the purposes, the modalities of the processing of the personal data and the instruments used, thus in this case including the security profile, in relation to the functioning and fruition of this Application.
